对陕西省珍稀野生动物抢救饲养研究中心的6只大熊猫肠道正常菌群的种类进行分离鉴定研究.结果鉴定出12种细菌,并对其进行了生化试验和致病性性试验,致病性性试验发现四联消化链球菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌、短乳杆菌、耐久肠球菌、两歧双歧杆菌对小白鼠无致病性.而面包杆菌、奇异菌及多黏芽孢杆菌可致小白鼠死亡.

It is isolation and identification of normal flora of Giant Panda in Shaanxi Rare Wild Animals Rescuing and Raising Resoarch Center. 12 strains of bacteria were identified from the Giant Panda's feces. Afterwards, it was carried on the toxicity test. the toxicity test results demonstrated Peptostreptococcus tetradius, Lactorbacillus rhamosus, Lactobacillus brevis, Enterococcus dispar, BifidoBacterium bifidum does not have the pathogenicity to the mouse, but the Atopobium Collins and Bacillus polymyxa cause the mouse death.
