选择体重、胎次、泌乳量均接近的健康荷斯坦奶牛48头.研究不同温湿指数(THI)条件下奶牛外周血淋巴细胞凋亡的变化.结果表明,热应激可明显地增加奶牛外周血淋巴细胞的凋亡率,淋巴细胞凋亡率在THI为83.58时达到最高,为17.79%,与非热应激处理组相比差异极显著(P<0.01).可见热应激对奶牛外周血淋巴细胞凋亡率的变化影响显著.

48 Holstein cows with identical body weight,parities and milk yield were used to examine the influence of heat stress on lymphocyte apoptosis of dairy cow under different temperature-humidity index (THI).The results showed that when THI reached 83.58,peripheral-blood lymphocyte apeptosis rate reached 17.79%,which indicated that heat stress significantly increased peripheral-blood lymphocyte apoptosis.In conclusion,heat stress significantly affected the peripheral-blood lymphocyte apoptosis.
