针对某笔记本测试线存在的生产线平衡率低、工位安排不合理、移动距离过长等问题,提出运用工作研究方法加以解决.首先阐述了笔记本测试线的现状,然后用流程程序分析法改善其工艺流程,优化生产线的平面布局,最后对生产线的三个瓶颈工序,全功能测试、QC检验、点胶进行了调整改善.通过改进,缩短了搬运距离,提高了生产线效率,生产线平衡率由原来的72.6%提高到80.8%.

This paper applied the methods of work study to a certain laptop test lines,where low balance rate, unreasonable process arrangement and too long moving distance occurred.Firstly,the state quo of the laptop test lines was described.Then, the product process and the layout were optimized.Finally, three bottleneck station of full-function testing, QC testing, and slicking glue-water were improved.Through these, the moving distance was reduced, the product efficiency was enhanced,and the balance rate was increased from 72.6 % to 80.8%.
