    采用石蜡切片法对苹果梨及其砧木山梨的叶片组织结构进行了解剖学研究.结果表明:苹果梨和山梨的叶柄中均含有各种形状的结晶;苹果梨叶片具有发达的栅栏组织;山梨叶片具有发达的通气组织.

    The leaf tissue structures of apple-pear and sorb were studied by paraffin section method. The results showed that there were kinds of crystal with different shapes in the petiole of apple-pear and sorb; the leaf of apple-pear has developed palisade tissue and the leaf of sorb has developed ventilating tissue.
