针对煤炭在干馏、气化或热解过程中的副产物——煤焦油的高效清洁利用问题,分析了煤焦油的来源以及煤焦油加氢的目的、作用和原理;以煤热解过程产生的中低温煤焦油的加氢改质处理工艺为例,论述了加氢精制工艺、加氢精制-加氢裂化工艺、液相裂解加氢工艺、非均相悬浮床加氢工艺的优缺点及其在国内加氢改质装置的生产应用效果;结果表明,煤焦油加氢精制-加氢裂解工艺具有在国内多家化工企业的工业化生产经验,具备大规模工业化应用的技术基础。
針對煤炭在榦餾、氣化或熱解過程中的副產物——煤焦油的高效清潔利用問題,分析瞭煤焦油的來源以及煤焦油加氫的目的、作用和原理;以煤熱解過程產生的中低溫煤焦油的加氫改質處理工藝為例,論述瞭加氫精製工藝、加氫精製-加氫裂化工藝、液相裂解加氫工藝、非均相懸浮床加氫工藝的優缺點及其在國內加氫改質裝置的生產應用效果;結果錶明,煤焦油加氫精製-加氫裂解工藝具有在國內多傢化工企業的工業化生產經驗,具備大規模工業化應用的技術基礎。

In allusion to the problems of high-effectiveness,cleanness and utilization for by-productscoal tar oil formed in processes of dry distillation,gasification or hot decomposition of coal,author has analyzed the source of the coal tar oil and purpose,function and principle for hydrogenation of coal tar oil;taking the hydrogenation up-gradation treatment process for medium and low temperature coal tar oil formed in hot decomposition process of coal as an example,has discussed the advantages and shortages for hydrogenation rectification process,hydrogenation rectification-hydrogenation cracking process,liquid phase cracking hydrogenation process,non-homogenous phase suspending bed hydrogenation process and their application effect in the hydrogenation up-degradation plant in China,result indicates that there is already industrialization production experience in many chemical enterprises for the hydrogenation rectification-hydrogenation cracking process of coal tar oil,it has applicable technology basis for large-scale industrialization.
