目的 探讨眼用非甾体类抗炎药与人工泪液治疗干眼症的临床疗效.方法 采用随机双盲的方法对我院2009年3月至2010年3月干眼症病例共156例,依照症状和体征进行综合评分并记录,分为两组,分别使用眼用非甾体类抗炎药联合人工泪液及单纯使用人工泪液进行治疗,并在用药后三天采用同样标准进行评分,采用配对t检验的统计方法进行分析,比较两组药物对干眼症疗效的差异.结果 眼用非甾体类抗炎药联合人工泪液治疗十眼症的疗效优于单纯使用人工泪液(P<0.05).结论 眼用非甾体类抗炎药联合人工泪液对干眼症患者角结膜的恢复具有促进作用.

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the combined ophthalmic non-steroidal anti-inflammatory preparation and artificial tears on the treatment of dry eye syndrome. Methods According to symptoms and signs marking the dry eye syndrome from March, 2009 to March, 2010 by randomized and double-blind methods, 156 cases were divided into two groups and treated with combined ophthalmic non-steroidal anti-inflammatory preparation and artificial tears and simple artificial tears, marking the eyes at 3 days, 7 days, and 14 days after therapy by the same scale respectively.The data was analyzed by pairing t-test statistics, and compared the difference of the therapeutic effect of the two groups. Results The efficacy of the combined ophthalmic non-steroidal anti-inflammatory preparation and artificial tears was better than the simple artificial eye drop (P <0.05). Conclusion The combined ophthalmic non-steroidal anti-inflammatory preparation and artificial tears can repair the keratoconjunctive of the dry eye syndrome.
