为了保证电网的运行安全,在西北、新疆电网联网的条件下,对河西走廊远距离大容量输电问题进行了数字仿真研究,着重分析了河西走廊在风电大规模接人情况下的输电能力及相关敏感因素的影响;同时,为保证电能的顺利送出,还从系统正常运行和故障状态两个层面,就其中矛盾较为突出的风电波动带来的电压无功控制以及严重故障下的安全控制措施配置等问题进行了探讨.研究结果表明:线路串补、线路类型、河西通道开机方式以及电力系统稳定器(PSS)等都对河西750 kV线路的输电能力有一定的影响;同时在风电投运后,风电带来的系统电压大幅波动以及系统安全控制措施配置方面的困难都将对系统的安全稳定运行带来新的挑战.针对上述问题,给出了提高通道输电能力和保证系统正常运行的初步措施和建议.

In order to enhance the system operational security,the long distance and huge capacity transmission of Gansu corridor under the Northwest Power Grid and the Xinjiang Power Grid interconnection condition is studied by digital simulation method,in which the transmission capacity and the influence of related sensitive factors are discussed with the large-scale wind power integration considered.In order to ensure the transmission of power energy,the voltage and reactive power control against the fluctuation of the wind power and the security control measure against the serious fault are discussed.The research results show that the sensitive factors such as the series compensation,line types,operation model of generation units and the layout of the power system stabilizers(PSS)all have considerable impact to the transmission capacity of Gansu corridor transmission lines.The suggestions of necessary series compensation installation and the reasonable operation model of generation units and the layout of the PSSs are offered.Without corresponding measures,the voltage fluctuation caused by wind power variation will be unbearable to the system operation and due to the increase of wind power penetration,the security control measures will be unpractical under related serious faults circumstance in 2015.The proposal of dynamic var compensation against the voltage fluctuation and the modification suggestion of grid of 2015 are presented.
