利用无铬阳极氧化技术在镁-锂合金表面生成了阳极氧化膜,通过扫描电镜、X射线衍射、极化曲线和电化学阻抗谱等测试技术对氧化膜进行了表面形貌、晶相组成和耐蚀性能的研究.讨论了在基本电解液里添加植酸对氧化膜性能的影响.研究结果表明:基本电解液中加入植酸后获得的氧化膜表面形貌没有得到很大改善,仍然存在孔洞;当植酸的质量浓度达到10.0 g/L时,可得到表面光滑亮白、耐蚀性最好的阳极氧化膜.

An anodic film was formed on the surface of Mg-Li alloy by chrome-free anodizing technology, and the morphology, crystal composition and corrosion resistance of the film were examined by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), polarization curves and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The effects of adding phytic acid to the basic electrolyte on the property of anodic film are discussed. The results show that the morphology of the film has no obvious improvement after addition of phytic acid to the basic electrolyte, still with pores;when the mass concentration of phytic acid reaches 10.0 g/L, a smooth, bright and white anodie film with best corrosion resistance can be obtained.
