通过酸水解法和水提取法提取仙人掌果胶,试验采取70%的乙醇灭活果胶酶,用0.05moL/L的盐酸热提取和热水单独提取果胶,按提取液体积的1%加入颗粒活性炭脱色,加氯化钙溶液使其沉析,过滤并用乙醇洗涤.通过比较得出两种方法各自的优越之处,并尝试通过试验探讨最佳工艺条件.结果表明,在同等条件下酸提取法要优于水萃取法,并认为硫酸作酸提取剂要好于盐酸和磷酸.

This paper studied the methods of extracting pectin from the cactus through acid extraction and water method.70% alcohol was used to make the pectase inactivated before extracting.The 0.05 mol/L hydrochloric acid and hot water were used to extract respectively.Adding 1% granular active carbon into extract decolorized for 40 min under 95℃.Calcium chloride solution was used to increase precipitation.And then filtering and washing with ethanol.The results showed that the acid extraction method was superior to water extraction method under the same conditions,and sulfuric acid was superior to hydrochloric acid and phosphoric acid.
