目的 比较MTA(mineral trioxide aggregate)、Vitapex糊剂和银汞合金用于修复恒牙龋源性髓室底穿孔的短期临床疗效.方法 收集由于龋源性导致恒牙髓室底穿孔的病例66例,共66颗牙.随机分为三组,每组22颗,分别应用MTA、Vitapex糊剂和银汞合金进行髓室底穿孔修补术.术后随诊观察6个月,根据X线片和临床症状评价疗效.比较统计采用卡方检验,检验水平α=0.05.结果 MTA组失败1例,有效率为95.45%,Vitapex组失败5例,有效率为77.27%,银汞合金组失败8例,有效率为63.64%.经χ~2检验,三个实验组间存在统计学差异(P<0.05),MTA组有效率高于Vitapex糊剂和银汞合金组.结论 MTA具有良好生物相容性,能够促进硬组织的形成,封闭性能好,在髓室底穿孔修补中临床效果优于Vitapex糊剂和银汞合金.

Objective To compare the short-term clinical effect of mineral trioxide aggregate (MTA), Vitapex paste and silver amalgam on repair of furcation decayed perforation of permanent teeth.Methods Sixty-six permanent teeth with furcation decayed perforation were selected, and divided into three groups of 22 teeth each at random. Each group was repaired with MTA, Vitapex paste and silver amalgam, respectively. All of them were taken periapical film and checked clinical symptom at the sixth month after treatment. The data were analyzed by Chi-square test. The level of significance was defined as α=0.05.Results In MTA, Vitapex paste and silver amalgam groups,one, five and eight teeth were failed and the effective rate was 95.45%, 77.27% and 63.64%, respectively. There were significant statistical differences among three groups (P<0.05), the effective rate of MTA group was significantly higher than that of Vitapex paste and silver amalgam groups.Conclusion MTA is superior to Vitapex paste and silver amalgam on repair of furcation perforation owing to its better performance in biocompatibility and furcation seal, and its ability to induce the formation of hard tissues.
