近年来,随着长春地区一些老城区居民楼供热管道的老化以及极寒天气的出现,使得供热单位供热不达标问题严重。因此,涉及供热方与用热方权利义务的供用热力合同引起人们的重视。因供热合同一方主体的特殊性、合同本身的格式性以及履行中的连续性,使得供热合同就具有格式化、具有强制缔约性。只有在供用热力合同双方当事人对合同性质和特点、双方的权利和义务以及违约责任更加了解的基础上,才能更好地维护自身的合法权益。

In recent years,with the aging of some heat-supply pipes of the residential buildings which located in the old towns,and the emergence of arctic weather in Changchun,the problems of lacking of heat-supply from Heating Companies are becoming more and more serious.Therefore,the heat-supply contracts which involving the rights and obligations between the parties are arising out of people＇s attention.Because of the particularity of one party,the format of the heat-supply contract itself,and the continuity in the implementation of contract,the heat-supply contract would become format and forced contracting.Only on the base of a competent understanding of the nature,the characteristics,the rights and obligations between two parties,and breach responsibility of the heat-supply contract,both parties to the heat-supply contract can better safeguard their legitimate rights and interests.
