建立了采用密闭消解前处理,电感耦合等离子体光/质谱方法测定高纯黄磷中多种杂质元素的分析方法。对仪器分析条件进行了优化,研究了不同消解方法,不同前处理试剂对测定结果的影响,本法加标回收率在88-105%之间,重复性标准偏差不大于8%,检出限低。

A method for the determination of impurities'elements in high purity phosphorus determinated by sealed digestion inductively coupled plasma optical emission/mass spectrometry was reported.The condition of instrument for measuring was optimized.Different digestion methods,reagents for measuring were compared.The detection limit was lower,the precision(RSD) was less than 8%,and the recovery was from 88% to 105%.
