在华东地区自然暴露环境条件下,通过16组80个试件,自然老化3 a的耐久性能试验,考察碳纤维增强复合材料(CFRP)片材及树脂的外观、抗拉强度、弹性模量、伸长率等主要物理力学性能指标随老化时间的变化.结果表明,浸渍树脂抗拉强度与碳纤维片材抗拉强度有一定关系,而伸长率和弹性模量的变化受树脂耐久性能的影响不明显.随着老化时间的延长,两种浸润树脂质量损失严重,不同的CFRP片材和对应树脂的力学性能均有下降趋势.浸润树脂的力学性能耐久性会影响CFRP片材的力学性能,但主要由碳纤维材料的性能决定.
在華東地區自然暴露環境條件下,通過16組80箇試件,自然老化3 a的耐久性能試驗,攷察碳纖維增彊複閤材料(CFRP)片材及樹脂的外觀、抗拉彊度、彈性模量、伸長率等主要物理力學性能指標隨老化時間的變化.結果錶明,浸漬樹脂抗拉彊度與碳纖維片材抗拉彊度有一定關繫,而伸長率和彈性模量的變化受樹脂耐久性能的影響不明顯.隨著老化時間的延長,兩種浸潤樹脂質量損失嚴重,不同的CFRP片材和對應樹脂的力學性能均有下降趨勢.浸潤樹脂的力學性能耐久性會影響CFRP片材的力學性能,但主要由碳纖維材料的性能決定.

The durability investigation of two common kinds of carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP) sheets and resins under environment of East China is carried out Sixteen groups of sheets with 80 sheets are tested in recent 3 years.Influence of appearance,strength,extensibility and modulus of CFRP sheets is investigated.Results indicate that the strength of infused resin is related to the strength of CFRP sheets,the influence of aging on Young's modulus and extensibility is slight Increasing the aging time,mass of two resin loses seriously.Mechanical properties of different CFRP sheet and the corresponding resin degrade.Resin affects the durability of mechanical properties of CFRP,while performance of CFRP is mainly determined by carbon fiber material.
