采集2~7年生人工种植山莨菪,用原子荧光光谱仪测定了镉、砷、汞,原子吸收光谱仪测定铅.结果表明,2~7年生种植山莨菪在每年9月份中,4种重金属元素含量水平由高到低依次为:砷、镉、铅、汞;铅和镉、砷和铅、且砷和镉之间均存在一定相关性.各种重金属的含量随着年份和生物量的增加而有所积累.
採集2~7年生人工種植山莨菪,用原子熒光光譜儀測定瞭鎘、砷、汞,原子吸收光譜儀測定鉛.結果錶明,2~7年生種植山莨菪在每年9月份中,4種重金屬元素含量水平由高到低依次為:砷、鎘、鉛、汞;鉛和鎘、砷和鉛、且砷和鎘之間均存在一定相關性.各種重金屬的含量隨著年份和生物量的增加而有所積纍.
채집2~7년생인공충식산랑탕,용원자형광광보의측정료력、신、홍,원자흡수광보의측정연.결과표명,2~7년생충식산랑탕재매년9월빈중,4충중금속원소함량수평유고도저의차위:신、력、연、홍;연화력、신화연、차신화력지간균존재일정상관성.각충중금속적함량수착년빈화생물량적증가이유소적루.
Anisodus tanguticus(Maxim.)Pascher is a chinese traditional medicinal material and Tibet herb of local Qinghai, and the test of cultivated has a good result in qinghai province.The cultivated Anisodus tanguticus of 2~7 years were collected, and the content of heavy metal elements was analyzed Pb by atomic absorption spetrometer,and Cd,As,Hg by atomic fluorescence spectrometry .The results show that the content of Cd and Pb,As and Pb,together with As and Cd have a positive correlation,and the content increased by year.
