为了提高工业在线分析仪器网络的可扩展性、灵活性,降低仪器系统的安装、维护成本,设计了一种适用于在线分析仪器的工业无线网络通信节点.通过这种节点,现场的多个分析仪器以自组织的方式可实现无线网络互连.详细介绍了节点的硬件实现细节和软件设计流程.经测试,该节点能满足实际工业对网络数据传输的需求,有效地提高了分析仪器网络的性能.

In order to improve the scalability and flexibility of the industrial on-line analytical instruments networks, reduce the in-stallation and maintenance costs, a kind of industrial wireless network communication node applied to on-line analytical instruments is designed in this paper. With this communication node, a number of analytical instruments in the field can be linked by a wireless network in the self-organized manner. Detail hardware implementation and software design flow are also introduced. After testing, it is proved that this kind of node can satisfy the network data transmission needs in practical industry and can effectively improve the performance of the analytical instruments networks.
