烹饪实验室的设计是一项系统工程,涉及建筑、结构、电气、暖通、给排水、食品安全卫生等多类专业知识。其设计要注重以人为本,要突出实用性、稳定性、开放性、可操控性、可扩展性和兼容性。其建设的总体规划,要在建筑结构、平面布局、仪器设备选用以及特殊配套设施等方面,做到科学合理,以保证其安全、高效地运转。

팽임실험실적설계시일항계통공정,섭급건축、결구、전기、난통、급배수、식품안전위생등다류전업지식。기설계요주중이인위본,요돌출실용성、은정성、개방성、가조공성、가확전성화겸용성。기건설적총체규화,요재건축결구、평면포국、의기설비선용이급특수배투설시등방면,주도과학합리,이보증기안전、고효지운전。
The design of culinary arts lab is a systematic project, which involves the professional knowledge in construction, structure, electries, HAV, water supply and drainage and food safety. The design should be human -centered and make stand out the practicability, stability, openness, operability, extendability and compatibility. Rational and scientific overall plan in construction structure, plane layout, devices and apparatus and supporting facilities may ensure safe and efficient operation.
