目的探讨p27在血管瘤发生、发展及退化过程中的表达状况及其意义.方法采用免疫组织化学方法 (SABC法)检测人皮肤血管瘤增生期、退化期及正常皮肤组织中p27的表达水平,利用计算机图像分析技术测量不同时期血管瘤组织和正常皮肤组织p27表达的积分光密度和面积.结果增生期血管瘤内皮细胞p27表达水平低于退化期,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),退化期血管瘤内皮细胞p27表达水平与正常皮肤组织相比,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 p27可能通过抑制血管形成和血管内皮细胞增殖来抑制血管瘤的发展.

Objective To investigate the expression of p27 on the occurrence, development and degen-eration of infantile hemangiomas and its significance. Methods The expression of p27 was examined in prolif-erative stage, degenerative stage of human hemangiomas and normal skin tissues by using immunohistochemical technique. The photedensity and areas of accumulated points of the p27 expression at different periods were measured by computer image analytical technique. Results The expression of p27 endotheliocytes of hemar-toma was significantly lower in proliferative stage than that in degenerative stage ( P < 0.05 ). Conclusion It is suggested that p27 might play an important role in the suppressing the development of human hemangiomas by inhibiting endothelial cells proliferation and angingenesis.
