为了获得热力膨胀阀的瞬态噪声特性,采用试验方法对不同温包充注、不同阀内结构的膨胀阀的啸叫噪声进行研究.获得了系统开机过程中热力膨胀阀啸叫噪声与温包充注、阀内结构的关系.结果表明:采用交叉充注,低蒸干压力充注,在阀内安装碟形弹簧有利于降低膨胀阀啸叫噪声.
為瞭穫得熱力膨脹閥的瞬態譟聲特性,採用試驗方法對不同溫包充註、不同閥內結構的膨脹閥的嘯叫譟聲進行研究.穫得瞭繫統開機過程中熱力膨脹閥嘯叫譟聲與溫包充註、閥內結構的關繫.結果錶明:採用交扠充註,低蒸榦壓力充註,在閥內安裝碟形彈簧有利于降低膨脹閥嘯叫譟聲.

To learn characteristics of the transient noise of the thermal expansion valve (TXV), the whistler noises generated by TXVs with different structure and different kinds of charge in bulb were studied experimentally. The relations between noise and charge in bulb and structure of valve body during start-up process were obtained. The results indicate that a TXV with a cross-charged,low evaporated pressure bulb and a butterfly spring would help to decrease the whistler noise of TXV. The results would give instructions to the TXV manufacturers.
