由于通常的故障树底事件失效概率无精确的计算方法,提出采用MATLAB计算机械零件失效概率的新方法.首先从零部件的试验观测数据中抽取样本数据建立直方图,分析数据规律,初步确定样本数据服从的理论分布曲线;然后确定实验观测数据总体服从的分布类型,进行拟合检验;最后根据已确定的分布函数计算不合格品率,进一步得出零部件的失效概率. 对一机械零件的失效概率计算实例表明,该方法能有效地简化数值计算的复杂过程,而且有较高的计算精度,可供机械零件可靠性设计分析参考.

For the failure probability of bottom events of fault tree is hard to be calculated, a method based on MATLAB is proposed to obtain failure probability of the mechanical parts.First,histograms are established by using sample data extracted from test data of parts and the law of the data is analyzed to determine the distributive curve which the sample data obeys;then the distribution type of the test data is determined by fitting test;finally,nonconforming rate is calculated based on the obtained distribution function;and furthermore, failure probability of the parts can be obtained.An example of failure probability calculation shows that the given method which is of higher calculation accuracy can effectively simplify the process of calculation.It can be applied as a reference to design and analysis of reliability for mechanical parts.
