研制了一种薄层热反射隔热防腐涂料,借鉴他人测试设备加以改进获得仿真太阳热反射测试设备,并用此设备对空心微珠添加量与粒度分布对漆膜的影响进行了分析.对涂料体系最优隔热性能厚度进行了测试.获得的隔热涂料采用聚酯树脂和质量分数为8%的空心微珠配制而成,其最佳隔热厚度为80μm,隔热性能、T弯、耐盐雾、耐人工气候老化性较普通市售涂料均有较大提高.
