本文从海洋经济的快速发展对高校人才培养提出新的要求这一视角出发，结合近年来的教学改革实践与探索，对高校经济管理专业在海洋经济领域所需人才的培养方面提出了强调继承与发展相结合，在夯实基础理论的同时，突出海洋经济领域的教学特色，注重经济管理专业人才对海洋经济实践的应用适应性的新型模式。
本文從海洋經濟的快速髮展對高校人纔培養提齣新的要求這一視角齣髮，結閤近年來的教學改革實踐與探索，對高校經濟管理專業在海洋經濟領域所需人纔的培養方麵提齣瞭彊調繼承與髮展相結閤，在夯實基礎理論的同時，突齣海洋經濟領域的教學特色，註重經濟管理專業人纔對海洋經濟實踐的應用適應性的新型模式。

The rapid development of marine economy proposes new requirements for colleges and universities to train qualified personnel. From this perspective, combining the practice of teaching reform and exploration in recent years, the paper stresses that economics and management programs in colleges and universities should integrate continuity with development to train talents for marine economy. Apart from laying a solid foundation of the basic theories of for students, we should highlight teaching and learning with the characteristics of marine economy and the new teaching model in which economy and management professionals can be adapted to the economic practice.
