目的 探讨胃转流术(GBP)后GK大鼠血糖水平与大鼠摄食量及体质量变化的关系.方法 建立GK大鼠GBP动物模型,于术前、术后1、4、8周检测GK大鼠空腹血糖、摄食量及体质量变化.结果 (1)与假手术组血糖(14.18±1.67)mmol/L比较,术后各实验组GK大鼠血糖明显下降(5.58±0.49)、(5.24±0.23)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).(2)与假手术组摄食量(13.00±1.50)g比较,GBP术后各实验组GK大鼠摄食量(13.15±1.43)、(12.97±1.57)g,无明显变化,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).(3)与假手术组体质量(418.60±16.67)g比较,GBP术后各实验组GK大鼠体质量(401.60±21.84)、(340.80±18.69)g无明显变化,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).(4)Ⅳ组GK大鼠死于营养不良.结论 GBP的降糖作用与术后摄食量的减少及体质量下降无关.

Objective To investigate the relationship of plasma glucose concentration and food intake and body weight change of GK rats after gastric bypass ( GBP). Methods The animal model of GBP operation was established in GK rats. In all animals, post-operative measurements of fasting glycemia, food intake and body weight were done at the 1 st, 4th, and 8th week after the operation. Results ( 1) Compared with the sham-operated group (14.18 ± 1.67) mmol/L, the level of plasma glucose concentration in GK rats was decreased after GBP [ (5.58 ± 0.49), (5.24 ± 0.23) mmol/L (P < 0.01) ]. ( 2 ) Compared with sham-operated group (13.00 ± 1.50) g, the food intake [ ( 13.15 ± 1.43) , (12.97 ± 1.57) g] in experimental group after GBP had no significant change (P >0.05 ). (3) Compared with sham-operated group (418.60 ± 16.67) g, the body weight in experimental groups after GBP [(401.60 ±21.84), (340.80 ± 18.69) g] had no significant change (P > 0.05 ). (4) The GK rate in IV group died from malnutrition. Conclusion Hypoglycemic effects of GBP in GK rats are independent to weight and food intake.
