目的 探讨采用阴道后壁环缩法缩窄阴道、矫正轻中度阴道松弛的临床疗效.方法 2006年6月至2010年6月,收治98例28 ～ 43岁轻中度阴道松弛患者,均已婚,有顺产生育史.采用阴道后壁环缩术矫正.结果 手术时间25～ 50 min,平均39 min.术中无明显出血,无直肠及尿道损伤.术后切口均Ⅰ期愈合.术后1～2个月检查阴道约容纳2横指,术后65例获随访,随访时间1年.患者术后4～8周开始性生活,59例诉性生活改善满意.结论 阴道后壁环缩术是矫正轻中度阴道松弛的有效方法之一.

목적 탐토채용음도후벽배축법축착음도、교정경중도음도송이적림상료효.방법 2006년6월지2010년6월,수치98례28 ～ 43세경중도음도송이환자,균이혼,유순산생육사.채용음도후벽배축술교정.결과 수술시간25～ 50 min,평균39 min.술중무명현출혈,무직장급뇨도손상.술후절구균Ⅰ기유합.술후1～2개월검사음도약용납2횡지,술후65례획수방,수방시간1년.환자술후4～8주개시성생활,59례소성생활개선만의.결론 음도후벽배축술시교정경중도음도송이적유효방법지일.
Objective To investigate the surgical procedures and outcomes of vaginal posterior - wall constriction surgery in treating mild and medium vaginal relaxation.Methods From June 2006 to June 2010,98 patients (aged 28 -43 years old) with mild and medium vaginal relaxation were treated.All the patients were married and had reproductive history of natural childbirth.All were treated by vaginal posterior - wall constriction surgery.Results The time of operation was 25 - 50 minutes (average 39 minutes).There was no obvious bleeding or injury of the rectum and urethra during operation.All the incisions healed by first intention.The vagina accommodated 2 fingers at 1 -2 months after operation.Sixty -five patients were followed up for 12 months and the patients resumed their sexual life 4 -8 weeks after operation,59 patients was satisfied with the improvement.Conclusions The technique of vaginal posterior -wall constriction surgery is one of the effective methods to treat mild and medium vaginal relaxation.
