目的观察母婴同室纯母乳喂养儿(简称纯乳组)出生3天内的血糖水平值,并与混合喂养儿作为对照组(简称混乳组)血糖值对比。方法正常足月新生儿,在生后3天分别于6h、24h、48h、72h进行动态血糖测定。结果纯乳组和混乳组在生后6h血糖测定值为(3.36±0.96)mmol/L、(3.32±0.94)mmol/L;24h测定为(3.34±0.87)mmol/L、(3.35±0.89)mmol/L,两次监测差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。于48h测定纯乳组和混乳组血糖值为(2.69±0.67))mmol/L、(3.34±0.83)mmol/L,纯乳组血糖下降明显(P<0.05),差异有显著性,但血糖值尚在正常范围之内。于生后72h测定,纯乳组血糖值恢复至出生时水平,两组分别为(3.24±0.74)mmol/L、(3.36±0.81)mmol/L。同时测定婴儿体重、黄疸等均无异常改变。结论纯母乳喂养对新生儿血糖无明显影响。

목적관찰모영동실순모유위양인(간칭순유조)출생3천내적혈당수평치,병여혼합위양인작위대조조(간칭혼유조)혈당치대비。방법정상족월신생인,재생후3천분별우6h、24h、48h、72h진행동태혈당측정。결과순유조화혼유조재생후6h혈당측정치위(3.36±0.96)mmol/L、(3.32±0.94)mmol/L;24h측정위(3.34±0.87)mmol/L、(3.35±0.89)mmol/L,량차감측차이균무현저성(P>0.05)。우48h측정순유조화혼유조혈당치위(2.69±0.67))mmol/L、(3.34±0.83)mmol/L,순유조혈당하강명현(P<0.05),차이유현저성,단혈당치상재정상범위지내。우생후72h측정,순유조혈당치회복지출생시수평,량조분별위(3.24±0.74)mmol/L、(3.36±0.81)mmol/L。동시측정영인체중、황달등균무이상개변。결론순모유위양대신생인혈당무명현영향。
Objective To observe the blood sugar in three-day neonates roomed-in system who were bred with pure mother's milk(pure milk team)and compare with the level of blood sugar in neonates bred with mixed milk(mixed milk team).Methods Blood sugar of normal full term neonates were measured at 6th,24th,48th and 72th hour respectively after birth.Results Blood sugar level of pure milk team and mixed milk team were(3.36± 0.96)mmol/L and (3.32±0.94) mmol/L at 6th hour,(3.34± 0.87)mmol/L and(3.35± 0.89)mmol/L at 24th hour.The results in pure milk team showed no notable difference from those in mixed milk team(P>0.05).At 48th hour,blood sugar was (2.69± 0.67) mmol/L and(3.34± 0.83) mmol/L,the level in pure milk team dropped obviously(P<0.05).The difference was notable,howerer,the level was still in normal range.At 72th hour the level of blood sugar in pure milk team returned to the level of birth.The levels in the two teams were(3.24± 0.74)mmol/L and(3.36± 0.81)mml/L.At the same time,body weight,jaundice and general characters showed no obvious change.Conclusion Pure mother's breast breeding has no effect on the level of blood sugar in neonates.
