　　近几年来日益严重的污染让中外生态马克思主义学者认识到：资本主义国家为了维护其统治，进一步以产业转移的方式污染全球环境，这种转嫁矛盾的方式很大程度上加剧了发展中生态危机的产生。除此之外，我国自身在盲目发展经济的同时也忽视了生态的发展，为此，设想出几点可供借鉴的解决方案。本文在探讨全球生态问题形成原因的同时试图为我国寻求建立良性和谐生态文明关系的方法。

In recent years China's increasingly serious pollution makes Chinese and foreign ecological Marxism scholars recognize that capitalist countries in order to maintain its rule, further to take the industrial transfer mode of global environmental pollution, the shift in contradictory ways greatly contribute to the development of the ecological crisis. In addition, the blind development of economy also neglect ecological development, therefore, conceive some solutions for reference. At the same time, to discuss the causes of the global ecological problems in trying to find ways to establish good relationship between harmonious and ecological civilization in China.
