利用JXA-8800R电子探针对燃煤锅炉锅简的缺陷进行分析.结果表明:锅筒钢板组织不合格,同时锅垢还使锅筒钢板表面产生较大的应力,致使钢板产生显微裂纹并扩展,以至最后开裂.最后提出了相应的改进措施.
利用JXA-8800R電子探針對燃煤鍋爐鍋簡的缺陷進行分析.結果錶明:鍋筒鋼闆組織不閤格,同時鍋垢還使鍋筒鋼闆錶麵產生較大的應力,緻使鋼闆產生顯微裂紋併擴展,以至最後開裂.最後提齣瞭相應的改進措施.
이용JXA-8800R전자탐침대연매과로과간적결함진행분석.결과표명:과통강판조직불합격,동시과구환사과통강판표면산생교대적응력,치사강판산생현미렬문병확전,이지최후개렬.최후제출료상응적개진조시.
JXA-8800R electron probe was used to analyze the defects from microscopic part.The results show that,the microstructure of the boiler steel is unqualified and great stress appears on the surface of drum caused by boiler scale,so micro-crack appears and grows on the surface of boiler steel which leads to dehiscence.At last,the preventive measures were put forward.
