In this review,the latest advances in research on fabrications of titanium dioxide nano film photoca-talyst are summarized.Improvements of traditional techniques such as modified sol-gel method and microwave assisted deposition are discussed.Several novel preparing techniques including hydrothermal solvothermal technique,self-as-sembly and in situ synthesis are also explained in detail Suggestions for future research are put forward last.
