通过调研,发现廊坊民营中小企业经营存在的问题主要是：发展环境不健全,融资渠道缺乏,人才机制不完善,产业链不健全,散、弱、乱,在此基础上,提出了针对性的解决对策。

통과조연,발현랑방민영중소기업경영존재적문제주요시：발전배경불건전,융자거도결핍,인재궤제불완선,산업련불건전,산、약、란,재차기출상,제출료침대성적해결대책。
Throughout the investigations,the main problems existing in the private small and medium business in Langfang City are imperfect of developing environment,shortage of financing,imperfect of personnel system,weakness of industry chain.Above these basis,we proposed the solutions.
