目的 探讨当归补血汤及其多糖对免疫低下小鼠感染隐孢子虫后的免疫调节作用.方法 用微小隐孢子虫卵囊感染免疫抑制的BALB/c小鼠,建立隐孢子虫感染的动物模型,再给该模型小鼠灌服当归补血汤及其多糖10天后,ELISA法检测小鼠肠道局部IL-2、IFN-γ、IL-4及sIgA的水平,HE染色检查肠道病理学改变.同时设模型组和正常组作对照.结果 当归补血汤及其多糖能不同程度促进隐孢子虫感染小鼠肠道粘膜IL-2、IFN-γ、IL-4及sIgA的分泌;肠道粘膜病理改变明显好转.结论当归补血汤及其多糖可调节小鼠肠道局部免疫并抑制隐孢子虫感染.

목적 탐토당귀보혈탕급기다당대면역저하소서감염은포자충후적면역조절작용.방법 용미소은포자충란낭감염면역억제적BALB/c소서,건립은포자충감염적동물모형,재급해모형소서관복당귀보혈탕급기다당10천후,ELISA법검측소서장도국부IL-2、IFN-γ、IL-4급sIgA적수평,HE염색검사장도병이학개변.동시설모형조화정상조작대조.결과 당귀보혈탕급기다당능불동정도촉진은포자충감염소서장도점막IL-2、IFN-γ、IL-4급sIgA적분비;장도점막병리개변명현호전.결론당귀보혈탕급기다당가조절소서장도국부면역병억제은포자충감염.
Objective To investigate the effect of Danggui Buxue Decoction and its polysaccharide on the lo-cal intestinal immunity of immunosuppressed mice infected with cryptosporidium oocysts. Methods BALB/cmice were immusuppressed with Dexamethasone (DEX) and followed by oral inoculating the oocysts of cryp-tosporidium parvumn. Then, the mice were orally administrated with Danggui Buxue Decoction for 10 days.The mice inoculated with COS alone and the mice fed with normal sodium were used as the controls. IL-2,IFN-γ and IL-4 in intestines homogenate and sIgA of intestines tissue were determined by ELISA assay. The intestinal pathological changes were examined by HE stain. Results Danggui Buxue Decoction and its poly-saccharide can promote the secretion of intestinal IL-2, IFN-γ, IL-4 and sIgA and intestinal pathological changes of the experimental mice obviously improved. Conclusion Dengue Buxue Decoction and its polysac-charide have therapeutic effect on immunosuppressed mice infected with cryptosporidium oocyst through regu-lating the local immune function of the intestine.
