目的探讨百草枯致眼烧伤的临床特点及治疗方法.方法对2008年6月至2010年5月的百草枯致眼烧伤患者5例,观察其临床表现,并给予急症冲洗,抗生素滴眼液、自家血清、肝素滴眼液及重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子眼用凝胶点眼,撕除假膜及羊膜移植治疗,观察治疗效果.结果 5例百草枯烧伤患者均出现特征性的结膜假膜,假膜撕除3～4次后逐渐消失,治疗二周左右,患者角膜上皮完整,结膜面未见假膜.结论百草枯致眼烧伤是一种以假膜形成为特征的烧伤,常规眼烧伤治疗结合撕除假膜、羊膜移植能很好的治疗本病.
목적 탐토백초고치안소상적림상특점급치료방법.방법 대2008년6월지2010년5월적백초고치안소상환자5례,관찰기림상표현,병급여급증충세,항생소적안액、자가혈청、간소적안액급중조우감성성섬유세포생장인자안용응효점안,시제가막급양막이식치료,관찰치료효과.결과 5례백초고소상환자균출현특정성적결막가막,가막시제3～4차후축점소실,치료이주좌우,환자각막상피완정,결막면미견가막.결론 백초고치안소상시일충이가막형성위특정적소상,상규안소상치료결합시제가막、양막이식능흔호적치료본병.
Objective To evaluate the clinical characteristics and treatment of patients with paraquat-induced ocular burns. Methods From June 2008 to Seprember 2010,5 paraquat-induced eye bum patients were admitted in our hospital.The patients were treated with fist aid irrigation,eyedrops of heparin,antibiotics and own serum,ointment of rb-bFGF.Pseudomembrane of conjunctiva was separated.Amniotic membrane transplantation was given to a serious patient. Results All 5 patients had clinical manifestation of conjunctiva Pseudomembrane.Pseudomembrane disappeared after separated for 3 to 4 times.Comea epitheliums recovered completely and no conjunctiva Pseudomembrane were found after two weeks. Conclusions Paraquat-induced ocular burn patients have clinical characteristics of conjunctiva Pseudomembrane formation.Patients will recover well after a conventional therapy,Pseudomembrane separating and Amniotic membrane transplantation.
