目的探讨鼻内镜下鼻内外联合径路手术治疗额窦病变的适应证、手术方法及及疗效.方法回顾性分析22例不同类型额窦病变,行鼻内外联合径路手术,术后按鼻内镜额窦手术常规处理.随访6个月～6年患者的临床资料.结果所有病例均症状改善或消失,无并发症出现,随访6个月～6年不等,未见复发.结论对于复杂额窦病变,鼻内镜下鼻内外联合径路手术能够彻底清除病变,减少并发症的发生,降低复发率,疗效满意,是值得选择的术式.

Aim To explore the indications,methods and efficacy of the nose operation combining internal and external approaches via endoscopy in frontal sinuses disease.Method Twenty two patients who have had different frontal sinuses diseases were treated by nasal endoscopy by endonasal plus external approach in our department.After the operation,the patients were tended carefully according to the protocol of endoscopic surgery.The clinical data ranged from six months to six years after the operation and were analyzed.Result The symptom of all patients become better or disappeared completely without the related syndrome.In late follow-up observation varying from six months to six years,no any case recrudesced.Conclusion The surgical approach of nasal endoscopy by endonasal plus external approach is a good choice in complicated frontal sinuses disease.The curative effect of this surgery shows nice and furthermore the related syndrome and recrudescence notably reduce.
