试验采用正交试验设计,对番茄芝麻斑病苗期抗性鉴定方法进行了研究,并对种质资源进行了抗病筛选.结果表明,筛选出一套简便易行的番茄芝麻斑病苗期抗性鉴定方法,最佳抗性鉴定方法组合为,接种方法为摩擦法,接种苗岭为4片真叶,接种浓度为10~6个孢子·mL~(-1).以此为基础,对东北农业大学番茄研究所提供的44份番茄材料进行芝麻斑病苗期抗性鉴定.抗源筛选结果为中抗材料4份,感病材料34份,易感痛材料6份.

Identification technology for the resistance to tomato Helmlnthosporlum fruit rot at seedling stage was studied by the method of orthogonal experimental design. The results showed that the test selected a simple and facility tomato seedling resistance identification method, the optimal identification of tomato resistance to tomato Helmlnthosporlum fruit rot was friction contact, at four-leaves age, 10~6 per milliliter inoculation concentration. As a basis for screening germplasm resources, among 44 tomato materials, there were 4 milddle resistant materials; 34 susceptible materials and 6 high susceptible materials.
