利用三维建模软件建立了球形泡孔的泡沫铝三维模型,根据几何关系推导和代数函数求解,计算出能直观反映泡沫铝孔隙率、平均孔径和孔壁厚度三者关系的数学表达式:~-m=(0.9523(√1/η)-1)~-d.取同一泡沫铝试样的多个线切割截面图并将图片二值化处理,分别将二值化后图片读入图像分析软件Image-pro plus 5.0中测量出截面平均孔壁厚度(m_i),取各截面mi的算术平均值作为该试样实际孔壁厚度(~-m_(实测));同时用软件统计出截面平均孔径(di)和孔隙率(η),将各截面d_i的算术平均值~-d和η带入数学关系式得出该泡沫铝试样孔壁厚度的模型计算值(~-m_(计算)).经过对比5个试样发现,~-m_(计算))与~-m_(实测))之间的误差小于5%,模型的预测值与泡沫铝的实测值基本吻合.

Spherical bubble three-dimension model of aluminum foam is built by modeling software,and relationship among pore wall thickness,porosity and average pore size of aluminum foam model is deduced.The relation for spherical model is ~-m=(0.9523√1/η-1)~-d.Several wire cutting section diagrarms of one certain aluminum toam sample are converted into binary images,and these binary images are read in image-pro plus 5.0 image analysis software to measure the average pore wall thickness of the section (m_i),then the arithmetic mean of mi is seen as the experimental value(~-m_e))of the aluminum foam sample.The average pore size (d_i) and porosity (η) of the section were calculated by the software,and then the arithmetic mean of di (d) and η are inducted in m=(0.9523√1/η-1)d to get the model value(-~m_m)).Comparison shows that the error between ~-m_e and ~-m_m is less than 5%,so the model value is basically in agreement with the experimental value.
