金属铜箔为反射层,以铁氧体吸波片为吸波层,分别与人造板复合,制成层状木基复合材料,研究该复合材料的电磁参数及其屏蔽效能和反射率随铁氧体含量的变化.结果表明,所制备的层状木基复合材料在频率小于500 MHz时平均为90 dB左右,当频率大于700MHz时,其屏蔽效能随着MnZn铁氧体含量的增加略有下降,在铁氧体的质量分数为80%时,其屏蔽效能为78dB左右,复合材料的反射率随着铁氧体吸收剂含量的增加,吸收峰带宽增加,在1.11 GHz处其反射率为-9.957dB,反射率小于-5dB的带宽范围在818 MHz~1.5 GHz.
金屬銅箔為反射層,以鐵氧體吸波片為吸波層,分彆與人造闆複閤,製成層狀木基複閤材料,研究該複閤材料的電磁參數及其屏蔽效能和反射率隨鐵氧體含量的變化.結果錶明,所製備的層狀木基複閤材料在頻率小于500 MHz時平均為90 dB左右,噹頻率大于700MHz時,其屏蔽效能隨著MnZn鐵氧體含量的增加略有下降,在鐵氧體的質量分數為80%時,其屏蔽效能為78dB左右,複閤材料的反射率隨著鐵氧體吸收劑含量的增加,吸收峰帶寬增加,在1.11 GHz處其反射率為-9.957dB,反射率小于-5dB的帶寬範圍在818 MHz~1.5 GHz.

The layered wood-based composite material was prepared by wood-based panel as based material,copper foil as shielding layer and MnZn ferrite sheet as absorbing layer,with epoxy resin as adhesives.The dielectric and magnetic parameters as well as shielding efficiency and reflectivity were investigated.The results showed that the shielding efficiency of the material was 90 dB with frequency less than 500 MHz.When the frequency was more than 700 MHz,the shielding efficiency decreased with the content of MnZn ferrite increasing.The reflectivity of the layered wood composite material was-9.57 dB with 80 wt% MnZn ferrite content at 1.11 GHz.The band width of reflectivity less than-5 dB was within 818 MHz~1.5 GHz.
