运用SPWM控制技术以及并联场效应管均流技术,设计了48V/500A全数字交流调速控制器变频调速主MOS管控制电路,并进行了实验论证。结果表明,所设计的主MOS管控制电路已成功实现了SPWM控制,符合设计要求。

The paper designs the main MOS controlling circuit of the 48V/500A speed control systerm based on SPWM and Sharing Technique of Switch Supply with MOSFET.Through some experiment of the circuit and function of system shows that the main MOS controlling is very effective and practicable to achieve the functions of SPWM control.
