This paper reviewed the research progress on the reconstruction phylogenetic relationship of Familv Culicidae by morphological characters and molecular markers.The related problems and the future re-search directions were also discussed.The morphological phylogeny has been reconstructed in some taxa,espe-cially in Anophelinae mosquitoes.The study on molecular phylogeny is still at the initial stage.The real phylo-genetic relationship of Culicidae should be constructed by phylogenomics in future.
