目的研究应用智能综合模拟人进行急救技能教学的效果.方法在急诊医学教学中以智能综合模拟人为载体,应用团队合作综合训练教学法、以问题为基础学习教学法和以回顾讨论为中心的教学法,设计教学效果问卷并进行调查.结果绝大多数学生表示,智能综合模拟人的应用提高了他们的综合急救能力,强化了危重症救护中团队合作意识,提高了学习兴趣,活跃了课堂气氛.结论以智能综合模拟人为载体,综合应用多种教学方法,有利于提高急救技能教学的效果,尤其在学生临床思维和团队合作精神培养方面有着良好的效果.

Objective To carry out the research on the teaching effectiveness of the emergency care simulator(ECS)in the new teaching methods.Methods With the application of ECS in the teaching of medical emergency treatment,we generally implemented the teaching method of group cooperation,PBL teaching method and teaching method that centered on review and discussion in our research.Questionnaire to the teaching effectiveness were designed on our research as well.Results Most of the trainees deemed that the application of the ECS improved their abilities in the general emergency treatment,emphasized the group cooperative awareness in the treatment of serious illness,attracted the learning interest and lived up the learning and teaching atmosphere in the class.Conclusions The application of ECS and the imple mentation of several teaching methods will help to improve the teaching effectiveness in the teaching of e mergency treatment,especially to the cultivation of the on-site ideology and teamwork spirit.
