目的评价在表面麻醉下小切口白内障摘出联合人工晶状体植入术在大规模白内障手术复明活动中应用的意义.方法在0.4%奥布卡因表面麻醉下进行723例(783眼)小切口白内障摘出人工晶状体植入术,观察其麻醉效果和手术效果.结果在表面麻醉下全部患者均可很好地配合手术完成.平均手术时间15 min,未出现麻醉并发症.结论表面麻醉下行小切口白内障摘出人工晶状体植入在大批量白内障复明手术中应用是安全可行的.

Objective To evaluate the significance of small incision cataract extraction and implantation of artificial lens under topical anesthesia in the large-scale action of regaining eyesight. Methods Small incision cataract extraction and implantation of artificial lens was undergone in 723 cases (783 eyes), under topical anesthesia with 0.4% oxybuprocaine, and the effect of anesthesia and postoperative result were observed. Results All the patients could cooperate in the operations under topical anesthesia. Average surgery time was 15 minutes and there was no complication of anesthesia. Conclusion Small incision cataract extraction and implantation of artificial lens under topical anesthesia is safe and feasible for large-scale cataract surgeries.
