目的 观察食管癌患者外周血淋巴细胞热休克蛋白(HSP)27和HSP72的表达,探讨其与临床病理生理特征的关系.方法 采用流式细胞术检测45例食管癌患者外周血淋巴细胞HSP27和HSFP72的表达水平,并以43例健康受试者作为对照.结果 食管癌外周血淋巴细胞HSP27、HSP72的表达量分别为17.32±2.97和19.46±5.91,均低于对照组(P<0.05),两者表达量呈正相关(P<0.01),食管癌外周血淋巴细胞HSP27的表达量与临床病理生理特征无明显相关(P>0.05),而HSP72的表达量与食管癌原发肿瘤的大小、淋巴结转移及临床分期相关(P<0.05).结论 食管癌外周血淋巴细胞HSP27、HSP72表达下调,HSP72与食管癌的发生发展及淋巴结转移相关.

Objective To investigate the relationship between the levels of heat shock protein (HSP) 27 and HSP72 in peripheral blood lymphocytes and clinical pathophysiological characteristics in patients with esophagus cancer. Methods Flow cytometry was used to detect the expression of HSP27 and HSP72 in peripheral blood lymphocytes of 45 patients with esophagus cancer and 43 healthy controls. Resu1ts The levels of HSP27 (17.32 ±2. 97) and HSP72 ( 19.46 ±5. 91 ) in the peripheral blood lymphocytes of patients with esophagus cancer were decreased as compared with those in normal controls ( P <0. 05 ). The correlation analysis revealed that HSP27 level was positively correlated to HSP72 level (P <0. 01 ). The Level of HSP27 in peripheral blood lymphocytes had no correlation to clinical pathophysiologicai characteristics of patients with esophagus cancer. The level of HSP72 in peripheral blood lymphocytes was related to tumor size, lymph node metastasis and clinical stages (P <0. 05), but not to sex, age andpathological types of esophagus cancer (P > 0. 05). Conclusion The expression of HSP27 and HSP72 is decreased in peripheral blood lymphocytes of patients with esophagus cancer and HSP72 may play an important role in tumor growth and lymph node metastasis. The level of HSP72 in peripheral blood lymphocytes may be used as a predictor for prognosis.
