合成高水溶性的锌(Ⅱ)荧光试剂-修饰环糊精的N-(8-对氨基苯磺酰)胺基喹啉(HQAS-1-CD).该试剂在水溶液中与Zn~(2+)形成2 : 1配合物而使荧光增强,并且碱金属或碱土金属离子几乎不干扰Zn~(2+)的荧光.利用此配位反应建立了一个荧光测定痕量锌的新方法,测定锌的线性范围为0-13μg/L,检出限0.57μg/L,方法成功的应用于矿泉水中痕量锌的测定.
閤成高水溶性的鋅(Ⅱ)熒光試劑-脩飾環糊精的N-(8-對氨基苯磺酰)胺基喹啉(HQAS-1-CD).該試劑在水溶液中與Zn~(2+)形成2 : 1配閤物而使熒光增彊,併且堿金屬或堿土金屬離子幾乎不榦擾Zn~(2+)的熒光.利用此配位反應建立瞭一箇熒光測定痕量鋅的新方法,測定鋅的線性範圍為0-13μg/L,檢齣限0.57μg/L,方法成功的應用于礦泉水中痕量鋅的測定.

A new water-soluble fluorescent reagent HQAS modified β-CD(HQAS-1-CD) has been synthesized.The reagent could form a complex with zinc ion to cause its fluorescence enhancing.Several metal ions, such as Na~+, K~+, Ca~(2+), Mg~(2+), Mn~(2+), Fe~(2+)and Co~(2+),show little interference to the fluorescence response to Zn~(2+).A new spectrofluorimetric method for the determination of trace zinc using this reagent was developed.The linear range is from 0 to 13μg/L and the detection limit is 0.57μg/L.The method was used to determine trace zinc in mineral water sample with satisfactory results.
