针对现有网损微增率算法存在假设条件多、受平衡节点选择影响等缺点,提出了一种基于耗散功率转归分量的网损微增率新算法.该算法用耗散功率的转归分量求和表示系统网损,再通过数学方法直接求取网损对发电机出力的微增率.所得网损微增率不依赖于平衡节点,能够反映包括平衡节点的发电机对网损的影响,具有丰富的经济学意义;并将该网损微增率应用于发电调度,通过IEEE-30节点系统仿真结果表明,该算法有效、可行.

Against the weaknesses of conventional incremental transmission loss algorithms such as having too much assumptions and affected by slack bus, this paper presents a novel incremental transmission loss algorithm based on the imputation of an impedance-branch dissipation power. The incremental of losses expressed by the sum of the imputation of an impedance-branch dissipation power can be obtained by means of mathematical method. The incremental transmission loss is independent of the change of the slack bus, and can reflect the influence of losses by each generator including slack bus, and has plentiful economic significance.The proposed method is applied to power generation dispatch by IEEE 30-bus test system,which verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method.
