以南方适宜栽培的6个枣品种花粉为材料,研究了枣花粉离体培养的影响因子对花粉萌发的影响.结果表明:枣花粉培养的适宜培养基中蔗糖含量为5%~15%,硼酸100~400mg/L,适宜温度为25℃~30℃.硼酸对花粉管的生长影响尤其明显.
以南方適宜栽培的6箇棘品種花粉為材料,研究瞭棘花粉離體培養的影響因子對花粉萌髮的影響.結果錶明:棘花粉培養的適宜培養基中蔗糖含量為5%~15%,硼痠100~400mg/L,適宜溫度為25℃~30℃.硼痠對花粉管的生長影響尤其明顯.

Pollen germination percentage of 6 different cultivars of Chinese jujube grew in south, were studied by means of microscope combining with in vitro culture. The results show that the suitable concentration of sucrose was 5%~15%, boric acid was 100~400 mg/L, the optimum temperature was 25~30℃. Boron was very important for tube growth.
