为了改善大型渗碳炉的均匀性,本文应用数值计算方法研究圆筒形井式渗碳炉炉膛内的流动传热过程,假设炉内流场满足定常、不可压缩轴对称条件,炉内气体可以应用理想气体状态方程。利用有限差分技术对通用方程进行离散化,同时采用贴体坐标较好地解决边界不规则的问题。文中给出了炉内的流场和温度场,并分析了影响炉内气体流动和温度分布的主要因素和应注意的地方,提出了改进的措施,对生产和炉子设计有一定的指导意义。

In this paper flow and heat transfer procedure inside a cylindrical well-type cementation furnace is studied by the method of numerical calculation for improving evenness in the big cementation furnace.Flow field is considered as steady, non-compressible and axially-symmetrical.The furnace gas is applied with the ideal gas state equation.The problem of boundary irregularity is solved by using finite differential technology and body-fitted coordinates.This paper gives flow field and temperature inside the furnace,analyzes the factors that influence the distribution of the fields and presents improving measure,and these will be directive to the manufacturing and design of the furnace.
