以丁二酸、丁二醇为原料,通过直接缩聚反应合成了高分子量二酸丁二醇酯。并将聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)同聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)在不同温度下熔融共混。测定了不同组分共混物的熔点和水降解性。聚合物熔融峰随着共混时间的增加渐渐的不移。这说明PBS和PET热降解和酯交换反应随着共混温度的增加而同时发生。共混物的降解性与芳香组分的含量和链段长度都有关。
以丁二痠、丁二醇為原料,通過直接縮聚反應閤成瞭高分子量二痠丁二醇酯。併將聚丁二痠丁二醇酯(PBS)同聚對苯二甲痠乙二醇酯(PET)在不同溫度下鎔融共混。測定瞭不同組分共混物的鎔點和水降解性。聚閤物鎔融峰隨著共混時間的增加漸漸的不移。這說明PBS和PET熱降解和酯交換反應隨著共混溫度的增加而同時髮生。共混物的降解性與芳香組分的含量和鏈段長度都有關。

High molecular weight poly (butylene succinate) was obtained from succinic acid and 1,4-butanediol through a polycondensation process. The block copolymers of poly( butylene succinate)(PBS) and poly (ethylene terephthalate)(PET) were synthesized by a melting process at different times. Thermal properties and hydrolytic degradability were investigated over a wide range of compositions. The melting peak (Tm) gradually moved to lower temperature with increase in melt processing time. It can be seen that the thermal degradation and the transesterification between PBS and PET will occur with increase in mixing time and the hydrolytic degradability of the copolyesters depends on both the terephthalate unit in the composition and the average block length of the aromatic unit.
