Objective To optimize the ratio of lead-removing products. Methods With the lead-removing rate as an index,the ratio of mung bean powder, Lycium chinensis Mill powder,jujube powder and licorice powder was optimized by an orthogonal test. Results and Conclusion The optimal ratio of lead-removing products was 8 : 6.25 : 7.5 : 2.5 of mung bean powder : Lycium chinensis Mill powder : jujube powder : licorice powder.
