[目的]研究杂油719和杂油123及其亲本的品质特性.[方法]通过比较杂油719和杂油123的主要农艺性状并测定两杂种及其亲本的含油量、硫苷含量和芥酸含量,分析了杂油719和杂油123的杂种优势.[结果]杂油719的生育期比杂油123短5 d左右,其主要农艺性状均优于杂油123.杂油719的含油量明显高于其亲本,其含油量分别为42.48%、36.11%和35.07%,表现出了杂种优势;杂油123的含油量与其亲本相近,没有表现出明显的杂种优势.杂油719的硫苷含量明显低于其亲本,分别为61.50、98.91和100.58 μmol/g,表现出了杂种优势;杂油123的硫苷含量低于其亲本,但差别不大,没有表现出明显的杂种优势.杂油719和杂油123的芥酸含量均低于其亲本,表现出了杂种优势.[结论]总体上,杂油719和杂油123均优于其亲本且杂油719的杂种优势更为明显.

[Objective] The purpose was to study the quality characteristics of Zayou719,Zayou123 and their parents. [Method] The hybrid vigor of Zayou719 and Zayou123 was analyzed through comparing their main agronomic characters and determining and analyzing the oil contents,glucosinolate contents and erucic acid contents of them and their parents. [Result] The growth period of Zayou719 was around 5 d shorter than that of Zayou123 and all of its main agronomic characters were superior to that of Zayou123. The oil content of Zayou719 was higher than that of its parents obviously and their oil contents were 42.48%,36.11% and 35.07% resp.,showing hybrid vigor. The oil content of Zayou123 was close to that of its parents,showing no obvious hybrid vigor. The glucosinolate content of Zayou719 was lower than that of its parents obviously and their glucosinolate contents were 61.5,98.91 and 100.58 μmol/g resp.,showing hybrid vigor. The glucosinolate content of Zayou123 was lower than that of its parents,but their difference was little,showing no obvious hybrid vigor. The erucic acid contents of both Zayou719 and Zayou123 were lower than that of their parents,showing hybrid vigor. [Conclusion] Totally,both Zayou719 and Zayou123 were superior to their parents and the hybrid vigor of Zayou719 was more obvious.
