笔者在亚高山地区对不同季节移栽百合试管苗及鳞茎培养进行了试验,同时对试管苗移栽后不同栽培管理措施中苗木成活率与生长势进行了比较,在海拔1 000 m左右的亚高山地区春季移栽东方百合试管苗,并采取盖膜、遮光70%的管理措施,试管苗成活率最高,鳞茎生长量也显著高于低海拔地区,在亚高山地区进行东方百合试管苗移栽及鳞茎培养能显著缩短百合开花鳞茎的培养周期。
筆者在亞高山地區對不同季節移栽百閤試管苗及鱗莖培養進行瞭試驗,同時對試管苗移栽後不同栽培管理措施中苗木成活率與生長勢進行瞭比較,在海拔1 000 m左右的亞高山地區春季移栽東方百閤試管苗,併採取蓋膜、遮光70%的管理措施,試管苗成活率最高,鱗莖生長量也顯著高于低海拔地區,在亞高山地區進行東方百閤試管苗移栽及鱗莖培養能顯著縮短百閤開花鱗莖的培養週期。
필자재아고산지구대불동계절이재백합시관묘급린경배양진행료시험,동시대시관묘이재후불동재배관리조시중묘목성활솔여생장세진행료비교,재해발1 000 m좌우적아고산지구춘계이재동방백합시관묘,병채취개막、차광70%적관리조시,시관묘성활솔최고,린경생장량야현저고우저해발지구,재아고산지구진행동방백합시관묘이재급린경배양능현저축단백합개화린경적배양주기。
The authors tested on plantlet transplanting and bulb culture of oriental lily on subalpine regions in different seasons.the survival rate of different cultivated and management measures were compared after plantlet transplanting,oriental lily plantlet was transplanted in altitude 1 000 m on subalpine regions in spring,and adopted tectorial membrane and shading that survival rate of plantlet was the best,the bulb growth was higher than low-altitude regions.plantlet transplanting and bulb culture of oriental lily can shorten culture period of Lily flowering bulb.
