In this paper,the definition of resource-efficient landscape was given as well as the connotation and principles of resource-efficient landscape,based on using the successful practices and the advanced theories at home and abroad for references,it is to construct resource-efficient landscape from planning,plant,water,promotion of energy-saving technologies and materials,reducing management costs and so on,which has certain guiding significance.
