脑血管痉挛(cerebral vasospasm,CVS)是动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血(subarachnoid hemorrhage,SAH)的一种严重并发症.内皮素-1(endothelin-1,ET-1)是内皮细胞产生的一种具有血管收缩作用的物质.大量临床和基础研究显示,SAH患者脑脊液和(或)外周血ET-1水平升高,并在CVS的发生和发展中起着重要作用.文章对ET-1在CVS发生和发展中作用的研究现状进行了综述.
腦血管痙攣(cerebral vasospasm,CVS)是動脈瘤性蛛網膜下腔齣血(subarachnoid hemorrhage,SAH)的一種嚴重併髮癥.內皮素-1(endothelin-1,ET-1)是內皮細胞產生的一種具有血管收縮作用的物質.大量臨床和基礎研究顯示,SAH患者腦脊液和(或)外週血ET-1水平升高,併在CVS的髮生和髮展中起著重要作用.文章對ET-1在CVS髮生和髮展中作用的研究現狀進行瞭綜述.

Cerebral vasospasm (CVS) is a serious complication of aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH).Endothelin-1 (ET-1) is an endothelium-derived vasoconstrictor substance.A large number of clinical and basic studies have shown that cerebrospinal fluid and/or ET-1 levels in peripheral blood increases in patients with SAH and play an important role in the occurrence and development of CVS.This article reviews the research status of the role of ET-1 in the occurrence and development of CVS.
