拟钉螺可作为多种亚洲血吸虫和并殖吸虫的中间宿主,对其分子系统发育的研究正逐渐深入.亚洲血吸虫的起源归属问题仍末得到解决,中华血吸虫的研究有望为其提供参考.该文从形态学、种群遗传学、分子生物学和生物地理学等4个方面阐述了拟钉螺亚科系统发育的研究进展,分析了中华血吸虫及其相关的亚洲血吸虫的研究现状,并就今后研究方向作出了展望.

Triculinae can act as intermediate host of many species of Schistosoma and Paragonimus.The molecular systematic study on Triculinae is in furthering progress.The issue on origin and evolution of Asian Schistosoma is still unresolved,and S.sinensium may offer some new evidences.This article reviewed the progress on phylogenetics of Triculinae in four aspects of morphology,population genetics,molecular biology and biogeography.It also analyzed the prospect of researches on Asian Schistosoma,mainly on S.sinensium.
